All Polar-Optics lenses are manufactured from quality Optical and Polarized Lens
material, meeting ANSI Z80.3  and FDA  signal light and impact tests.


They provide a Minimum of 99.8%  Harmful UV protection and block glare.

* Why Not a lens that covers the Full Shield? *

This is an excellent question and we are glad to help you understand our reasoning behind it.  By covering only the top 2/3's of the helmet shield, THE "EDGE"™  gives the wearer optimal coverage and protection, yet remains small enough to fit in a coat pocket for convenience.

* Should I be concerned about the lens becoming unstable at higher speeds? *

Here at Moto-Optix.com, we are obsessed with motorsports of all types.  We've tested the lens on snowmobiles and motorcyles at above average speeds without an issue of stability or clarity..
